What do coaching sessions look like? How are they helpful? What should I expect? Is coaching right for me? These are all questions I get...
Coaching helps to identify and process burdens that may or may not be visible to you. It helps you to learn to work with yourself in a loving and growth minded way. It helps you to become the best version of yourself. It helps you to become free, and free in unexpected ways. It helps you to find freedom as if you're discovering you have wings, and then learning how to fly. You didn't know what you were missing until you experienced it.
Having a coach is having someone to show your world to, and having them reflect it back to you in a new light. For example, often times when people talk about things they "should" do, there is shame associated with it. The word "should" can be a reminder to check in to see if there is shame associated, and how we can learn to act from a place of love, rather than shame. There are many things like this that are learned through coaching. The best way to find out if coaching is right for you is to give it a try. Still have more questions?
